On the basis of CT scan analysis and visual examination, your final treatment plan is defined, and implant placement protocol is chosen, as well as the number and the models of the implants.

Implant placement.
The doctor follows the previously defined protocol of placement, using the plan based on the CT scan assessment. There is an option of placing an implant into the socket of a tooth immediately after its removal. As a rule, osteoplasty (bone augmentation, sinus lifting) is not required with this technique.

Implant fixing
For the All-on-4/ All-on-6 protocols a fixed adaptation prosthesis is installed on the day of the implantation or on the 5th day. A lightweight, screw-retained construction made of polymethyl methacrylate is specially designed for correcting the occlusion in the process of implant engraftment. In at least 4 months (maximum period is 2 years) the prosthesis is to be replaced by a permanent one with crowns/teeth made of acrylic with a frame made of ceramic composite or zirconium dioxide.
